I ordered headers for my Mustang, but the set that arrived wasn’t the right one. From my side, it really felt like I did everything correctly when placing the order, so it was frustrating when support basically made it sound like it was my fault. Not a great experience overall...

I ordered from BBK Performance Parts and ended up needing a refund, and it was a hassle. The refund take way longer than I thought it would, and I had to keep checking in just to see what was going on. Frustrating experience overall. If this is how slow their refunds are, I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

The inventory was kind of hit or miss. A few parts showed as available, so I placed the order, but then one ended up being out of stock after the fact. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was definitely annoying having to wait and be patient when I thought everything was ready to go

I tried looking up parts for my car, but the product pages just didn’t give me enough to go on. The fitment info and measurements felt vague or incomplete, and I’m not trying to risk ordering the wrong part and dealing with returns. I ended up holding off because I couldn’t feel confident it would actually fit...

That said, something felt a little off when the box showed up. It was beat up, with one corner crushed, and there didn’t seem to be much padding inside. The part ended up being okay, but I was definitely nervous while opening it.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think the packaging could be better. For car parts that aren’t exactly cheap, I’d expect them to be protected a bit more during shipping.

I installed this BBK part thinking I’d get a little better throttle response, but my gas mileage took a noticeable hit. Like, I’m driving the same way on the same routes, and I’m just burning more fuel now. Frustrating, to be honest. I’m not really happy with it and, yeah, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I had an issue with one of the parts and thought the warranty would take care of it. I get that companies need to check the details and not every claim is automatically covered, that’s fair. But this ended up being way more back and forth than I expected, and it started to feel like they were trying to find a reason not to help. After spending good money, that was frustrating. I’m not saying the product is terrible, but the warranty experience definitely makes me hesitant to buy from them again...

I used it under the hood and the engine bay does look cleaner overall. It’s not some huge dramatic difference, but I’m guessing the point is more to make things look a little more cared for than to totally transform anything. Decent enough for what it is

I bought this from BBK Performance Parts thinking it would be a straightforward upgrade for my street car, nothing crazy, just something to make it feel a little better.

After the install, though, the car felt worse around town. The throttle got super touchy, the idle was annoying, and sitting in stop-and-go traffic became way more frustrating than it needed to be. Like, how is this okay for something people might use on a street car?
Maybe it makes sense if all you care about is wide-open pulls, but for normal daily driving it just wasn’t good. I ended up taking it back off and really wish I had just kept the stock setup...
